Amritsar, July 20: Gangsters Jagroop Singh Roopa and Manpreet Singh alias Mannu Kussa, involved in the killing of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, were shot dead by Punjab Police on the outskirts of Amritsar, close to the India-Pakistan border on Wednesday.
According to the reports, another suspect is still hiding out inside a farmhouse as the encounter continues.
According to the authorities, Moosewala was shot on May 29 by Manpreet, a goon for mobster Lawrence Bishnoi, Rupa, and others and the singer died instantly.
A video of the encounter was also shared by the news agency ANI.
