Someone posted a voice recording on X (previously Twitter), alleging it was Take-Two Interactive’s CEO, Strauss Zelnick, discussing the game’s October 2024 release.

The individual who shared it, GTA 6 SPAM, claimed that it is authentic, but not everyone believes them. Some individuals believe the voice may be generated by a computer.

Even Take-Two Interactive removed the video due to copyright concerns. Now, gamers are divided as to whether or not this is true.

A new report indicates that Rockstar Games will announce GTA 6 on October 23 and release it on October 24.

On September 2, 2023, the profile uploaded the leaked GTA 6 clip and claimed the voice was that of the CEO of Take-Two Interactive. Although the original video is no longer available online.

It is unclear whether the voice meant October 24 or the entire month of October 2024. However, the community also paid close attention to the section that stated when GTA 6 would be revealed.

Prior to its removal on September 3, 2023, the video went viral on the website. Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., the parent company of Rockstar Games, also notified the user via email of the modification.

Numerous community members asserted that the video was fabricated and criticized the user for disseminating false information.

GTA 6 Platforms

GTA 6 will likely be released on PS5 and Xbox X|S. It may also be available on PC, but we do not know if it will be released alongside the game.
