Zayn Malik’s 60+ Tattoos: Former member of One Direction Zayn Malik is an avid tattoo enthusiast! He has more than sixty tattoos on his body, and they are all very interesting. Some are intricate and cover his torso, while others are straightforward and adorn his arms. They are a major component of his aesthetic.
Zayn explained, “I simply enjoy piercings. When I was younger, tattoos were uncommon and only sophisticated people had them. He acquired tattoos in order to stand out and be unique. However, tattoos are now widespread, so they no longer distinguish him.
Over time, Zayn acquired tattoos with significance. We compiled a list of Zayn’s tattoos and their meanings. Several of them are quite unexpected. The one where he paid tribute to his former One Direction bandmates is our favourite. In addition, there is a tattoo that matches Louis Tomlinson’s!
Additionally, Zayn has tattoos related to his romantic relationships. He has a tattoo of his ex-long-term companion Gigi Hadid’s eyes. They made their relationship public in 2015, experienced some ups and downs, but reconciled in January 2020. In September of that year, they welcomed their daughter, Khai.
When Khai was born, Zayn posted on social media, “Our baby daughter is here, healthy and beautiful. The affection I feel for this tiny human being is incomprehensible.”
Zayn and Gigi then received matching tattoos to honour their daughter. However, they ended their relationship in October 2021 due to an incident involving Zayn and Gigi’s mother. Despite this, they co-parent effectively.
Zayn stated on a podcast, “We have a great relationship with Khai; she is the most important member of the group, so things are going well.”

Zayn’s love of tattoos began in September 2011, when he received his first one. He had a Yin and Yang tattoo on his wrist, but he covered it up with another tattoo a few years later, so it was of little significance to him.
In October 2021, when Zayn posted a selfie to Instagram, admirers with keen vision could see that he had more tattoos. It appears that red ink was utilised to create these patterns.
Zayn has a visible tattoo of a large microphone on the inside of his arm. As for his other arms, in 2013 Zayn tattooed a large tiger on his left arm.
Zayn’s wrists are covered with tattoos. Some of them are quite intimate and full of specifics, while others are rather generic and random. In 2012, he added “chillin’.” He has since added his “ZAP” tattoo, “MSG,” and the date “3-12-12,” along with a robot listening to music on a radio, interlaced fingers, and the number six.
Early in 2017, Zayn tattooed the word “Love” on his fingertips. Additionally, he has a small bird and a few small symbols on his left hand.
A few days before his daughter’s name was disclosed, Zayn revealed a new tattoo in an Instagram video. Fans on social media are convinced that the word “Khai” is inscribed in Arabic on the singer’s wrist, but he has not yet confirmed it.
Zayn has mandala tattoos on various areas of his body, including the chest. In 2013, Zayn received angel wings tattooed on his chest. Below the wings, he affixed Gigi’s eyes in January 2018.
In July 2021, Zayn shared a rare photo, and admirers with keen eyes could see that he had a new tattoo on his jaw.
