- Go to the official website: uawtrust.org/otcbenefit.
- When you open the page, it may take you to a CVS or OTCHS website that handles the benefit for the Trust.
- If this is your first time using the site, click “Create Account”.
- Then type in your Member ID.
- Sometimes you may need to add “UAWTRUST” before your ID, or just follow what the screen tells you.
- After that, enter your 16-digit card number and your Date of Birth.
Once you finish these steps, your card will be ready to use at stores like CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, and other approved shops.
