When you open the page, it may take you to a CVS or OTCHS website that handles the benefit for the Trust.
If this is your first time using the site, click “Create Account”.
Then type in your Member ID.
Sometimes you may need to add “UAWTRUST” before your ID, or just follow what the screen tells you.
After that, enter your 16-digit card number and your Date of Birth.
