$1,000 Alaskan PFD December: Eligibility
- Be a legal resident of Alaska with the intention to remain permanently.
- Have been physically present in Alaska for at least 72 consecutive hours during each of the past two years (2023 and 2024).
- Not having claimed residency in another state.
- No convictions for serious crimes.
Payment Schedule
- Requests in “Eligible – Not Paid” status on November 12, 2025 will be paid on November 20, 2025.
- Requests in “Eligible – Unpaid” status on December 10, 2025 will be paid on December 18, 2025.
- Requests in “Eligible – Unpaid” status on January 7, 2026 will be paid on January 15, 2026.
