Thanksgiving 2023: There are NFL, NBA, and NHL games all over the country over Thanksgiving weekend, making it a sports fan’s dream. Everybody can find something they like to watch on TV this holiday weekend, whether they like football, basketball, or hockey.

Later that same day, at 17:30 ET/13:30 PT on CBS, the Raiders play the Cowboys in another exciting game. The most exciting American football game of the week is when the Bills play the Saints on NBC at 20:20 ET/17:20 PT.

On Sunday and Monday, Week 12 games will keep the football fun going with exciting matches between teams like the Buccaneers and the Colts, the Steelers and the Bengals, and the Rams and the Packers.

There will be no NBA games on Thanksgiving

What about the NBA? There are no games on Thanksgiving Day, but the activity starts the next day with 25 Week 6 games that run from Friday to Sunday. A lot of NBA teams, like the Phoenix Suns, Chicago Bulls, and Los Angeles Lakers, will be playing, which is great for fans.

Hockey fans can look forward to a lot of exciting games this weekend in the NHL. There are no games on Thanksgiving Day, but the 2021 NHL Thanksgiving Showdown between the New York Rangers and the Boston Bruins is the big event the next day.
