JNU Admission 2022 Admission Portal to open soon, know all details

JNU Admission 2022: Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) will soon launch the Undergraduate (UG) admission portal for the academic session 2022-23. Candidates who have appeared for Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2022 and have chosen JNU for admission can apply from the portal.

This year, JNU is conducting UG Admission 2022 through CUET Entrance Test. Candidates will get the admission related information on the official website of JNU- jnu.ac.in.

Jagdish Singh, Deputy Registrar, Admissions, JNU, in a notice said, “Consequent to the announcement of CUET UG 2022 by NTA, the Admissions Branch is processing the data, details of candidates provided by NTA and the details of candidates seeking admission in JNU. JNU will soon open the portal on the website so that they can fill the application form by paying the processing fee.”

Admission to JNU will be on the basis of merit list prepared through normalization NTA score. National Testing Agency (NTA) has conducted the CUET UG 2022 entrance exam to provide admission to the candidates in 90 universities. The universities will prepare the CUET UG 2022 Rank List using the normalization NTA score of the candidates. A senior NTA official said, “The merit list will be prepared by the participating universities, who will decide about their individual counseling on the basis of CUET-UG score card.”

NTA has shared the result of those candidates with the participating universities where the candidates had applied. Delhi University (DU) has already launched the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) 2022 application portal on 12th September. Candidates can apply for DU admission in Undergraduate (UG) program on the official website- entry.uod.ac.in.
