NVS Admission 2023-24: Registration begins for admission in class 9th NVS

Under the education session 2023-24 in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, students can enroll in class nine. The admission process has started from 2nd September. Students can apply online. The last date to apply is 15 October 2022. The entrance examinations for admission to class 9 will be conducted on February 11.

The exam will be of two hours 30 minutes. The medium of examination will be Hindi. Let us tell you that the board is free in NVS schools, which is Rs 600 per month with uniform and books.

Apart from this, SC, ST, girl child and such students whose family’s income is below the poverty line are exempted. Let us tell you that there are 650 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas in 27 states and 8 UTs across the country. Students who want to apply can apply by visiting www.navodaya.gov.in or www.nvsadmissionclassnine.in.

Age Limit: Candidates should be born between 1st May 2008 and 30th April 2010 to apply for admission. It is for all the students including SC, ST and OBC.

The selection test will have the subjects of Maths, General Science, English, Hindi. The exam will be of total 100 marks out of which 15 marks in English. Questions will be asked in Hindi for 15 marks and in Maths, Science for 35 marks.
