Upcoming Maruti Suzuki ICE Compact Cars Under Rs. 10 Lakhs

Maruti Suzuki is set to launch small cars priced under 10 lakh rupees, alongside developing new electric vehicles for the domestic market.

Upcoming Maruti Suzuki:  Maruti Suzuki is anticipated to introduce a number of small cars that cost less than 10 lakh rupees. For the domestic market, Maruti Suzuki is presently developing a variety of novel PVs, including electric vehicles. It is anticipated that the upcoming models will cost at least Rs. 10 lakh.

1. Facelifted Maruti Suzuki Fronx:

The first hybrid electric car in India is anticipated to be a facelifted Maruti Suzuki Fronx with locally integrated drivetrains.  It will be a mid-life refresh, but the most notable feature will likely be the new engine option, as the 1.2L Z series gasoline engine that makes its debut in the next-generation Swift will increase range.

2. Maruti Suzuki Micro SUV and Compact MPV:

The nation’s largest automaker is developing a compact MPV positioned below the Ertiga to compete with the Renault Kiger and its forthcoming Nissan counterpart. The company will model the new model after the Japanese-market Suzuki Spacia. Internally referred to as the Y43, a micro SUV is also in development for late 2026.

3. Maruti Suzuki Swift & Dzire New Generation:

Maruti Suzuki is introducing new models in India with evolutionary redesigns, mild hybrid engines, and both manual and automatic transmissions.

In the latter part of this year, the Swift’s sibling, the Dzire, will receive similar modifications. Both models may offer CNG options from the beginning.

4. Maruti Suzuki Baleno Next Generation:

Reports indicate that Maruti Suzuki plans to launch the next-generation Baleno in India by 2026. It is expected that the next generation of models would have major cosmetic and interior redesigns. YTA will designate it and propel it with an in-house developed HEV system claiming a mileage of over 35 km/l.
