AKTU Campus Placement: After the Corona period in Dr. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), the package of students has reduced but the job opportunities have doubled. At the same time, the interest of students towards Computer Science (CS) branch in engineering studies has increased. The main reason behind this is the increase in job opportunities. If we look at the figures of jobs received before and after Corona in AKTU, more than half the jobs have been occupied by CS students.

AKTU Admission 2022: Courses, Eligibility, Important Dates
– 50% placement in computer science
– Average placement of students of 4.5 lakhs
From March 2021 to March 2022, 10804 students have got placements in big companies of the country from the placement cell of AKTU. In which 5056 students are from CS branch only. At the same time, the number of students who got placement in 2020 was only 5557. Only 2519 students have got jobs in core branches (mechanical, electrical, civil and electronics). 1169 of MBA and 1368 of MCA have got jobs. All these are only those placements which have been directly received by the students through AKTU. Whereas placements are being done separately at the college level.
AKTU BTech Exam: AKTU Engineering Exam Papers Now In Hindi Also
The maximum package decreased, the average increased, the maximum package reduction has been seen in the jobs received among the students of AKTU. Before Kovid, in the year 2019, a BTech computer science student got the maximum package of Rs 19 lakh. At the same time, after Corona, in the year 2022, the highest package of 14 lakhs went to computer science. The average package was Rs 3.5 lakh before Corona, which has increased to 4.5 lakh after the Kovid period. The minimum package was Rs 3 lakh.
