Today is the last date to apply for CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship

The deadline for applying for the CBSE Board Single Girls Students Scholarship is today. All single girl students who have obtained 60% or more in their class 10th examination and are currently enrolled in class 11th or 12th in a CBSE affiliated school and whose tuition does not exceed Rs.1,500 per month during the academic year are eligible to apply for the CBSE Single Girls Child Scholarship.

To renew the scholarship, you must have 50 percent or higher in class 11th. Let us explain that the goal of this scheme is to recognise parents’ efforts to promote girls’ education and to provide encouragement to deserving students.

The application is being submitted through the CBSE website, cbse.nic.in. The application deadline has been set at November 30th. Let us tell you that a single girl child will receive Rs 500 per month for two years through this scholarship (during 11th and 12th).
