BPSSC Bihar Police SI Result: Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has released the final result of Police Sub-Inspector and Sergeant Recruitment Exam. Candidates can check the final result by visiting bpssc.bih.nic.in or by clicking on the direct link given below. This recruitment was taking place to fill up 215 posts of SI and Sergeant in 1998 in Bihar Police. According to the recruitment, 1998 candidates have been selected for SI posts and 215 candidates for sergeant posts. The selected candidates for SI are 1256 male and 742 female candidates. There are 131 male and 84 female candidates for the post of sergeant.

The Commission had conducted the physical test-measurement test of the candidates from June 10 to June 26 at BS College, Danapur Campus. 14,856 candidates were called for PET. In this, 2,955 male candidates qualified for SI Document Verification round and 2,640 female candidates qualified for SI Sergeant Document Verification round. In document verification, 2,942 out of 2,955 were passed among men while 2,606 passed among women. 2942 men and 2606 women were found fit for the post of SI while 711 men and 2606 women were found fit for the post of sergeant. Or a total of 5548 candidates were found fit for the recruitment. After this merit was made from serial number 1 to 5548. Post wise and category wise merit list preparation done.

Bihar Police BPSSC Sub Inspector SI Final Result

These 14,856 candidates were called for PET on the basis of performance in the main examination. Earlier, the main examination of Inspector-Sergeant was held on April 24. The commission had conducted the preliminary written examination on December 26 last. Its result was released on February 2. 47900 candidates were selected for the main examination. Out of 47900 candidates, 2774 candidates were absent in the main examination. 3 did not take the second shift exam. A total of 45123 had given the main exam of both the shifts. Of these, a total of 14,856 candidates cleared the main examination.
