JSSC: 10th pass apply for Jharkhand JSSC Matric Level Recruitment

Interested and eligible candidates will be able to apply through online mode from tomorrow by visiting jssc.nic.in.

The application process for Jharkhand Matriculation Level Combined Competitive Examination- 2022 will start from tomorrow, 30 September. Interested and eligible candidates will be able to apply through online mode from tomorrow by visiting jssc.nic.in. Earlier, applications were to be filled for this recruitment from 11 September 2022. But the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission had postponed the application process. Candidates who fill the online application will be able to pay the examination fee online till November 1. By November 3, the photo and signature can be uploaded and its print out can be taken out. At the same time, candidates will be able to make any kind of amendment in the online application from November 5 to 8.

Through this examination, at present, a total of 455 posts of insect keepers, skilled craftsmen and other equivalent categories will be appointed in the Industries Department. However, it can be added later after the vacancies come from other departments.

Qualification

– Minimum Matriculation/10th pass and additional one year certificate course (Sericulture/Silk/Weaving/Silk Dyeing-Printing) or two years (10+2) inter vocational course (Sericulture/Textiles) from Jharkhand Sericulture Development Institute, Chaibasa mandatory.

For Skilled Craftsman and equivalent post –

At least Matriculation / 10th pass and one year certificate course in handicraft and two years work experience in handicraft field is mandatory.

Age Limit – 18 to 35 years. Reserved categories will get relaxation as per rules.

Selection

Selection will be through written test. The questions will be multiple choice based. There will be three papers. Language knowledge will be checked in Paper 1. There will be Regional Culture in Paper 2 and General Knowledge check in Paper 3.

Examination fee

The examination fee is Rs.100/-.
Exemption in Examination Fee – The examination fee for SC and ST category candidates of Jharkhand state is Rs 50/-.
