VA Disability Conditions List and Ratings: There are a lot of risks that service members face, even when they are not fighting. There is a big list of conditions that can get VA benefits, from heart problems to sleep problems. Check out the list to see if your problem is on it.
It’s not possible to make a full list of all the conditions that can affect veterans, especially since some conditions change over time and a lot of veterans have more than one condition that qualifies them for benefits.
VA Benefits for Spouses: What Does the VA Cover for Spouses of Veterans?
Another thing to keep in mind is that conditions can be directly, indirectly, or probably linked to service. Service can make conditions that were already there worse, or in some cases, careless medical care from the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) can cause a compensable condition.
